  • Hours: 6 days/evenings per week | Approx. 39 hours, per week

  • Pay: £524.94 per week

Role Requirements

Candidates should be charismatic and confident with great showmanship.
Experience in comparing/hosting a variety of productions/events is essential.
Characterisation skills are required, therefore experience in acting/improvisation is an advantage.

What will I be doing?

  • Hosting live events and interactive entertainment tailored for diverse, multi-generational audiences.

  • Acting as Haven's ‘Master of Ceremonies’ to provide seamless, energetic links across all events and productions.

  • Depending on placement, performing in a principal acting role within Haven’s in-house pantomime.

  • Bringing characters to life through acting and puppetry within Haven’s ‘Avenue Q-style’ puppet production.

  • Bringing characters to life through energetic performances and guest meet-and-greets as a costume animator.

  • Delivering light entertainment, guest interactions, and technical support duties (including, but not limited to, gameshows, bingo, family activities, and events).

*All roles may be required to undertake additional promotional duties, including (but not limited to) photoshoots, PR exercises, and supporting Owner or charity events.

*Successful candidates will be required to provide valid 'right to work' documents confirming they are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the UK.

In addition, they will be required to satisfactorily complete an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting employment.
