Haven Pride
Wow did we celebrate Pride, organising a month of activities including an inspiring LGBTQIA+ language workshop hosted by Altogether Different. We attended lots of Pride Festivals across the country including Out & Wild ‘ Blackpool pride and Pride Cymru.
World Menopause Day
Our partnership with Over the Bloody Moon saw them join us at our Rivere Sands Park and Support Centre to deliver their Menopause Allies Workshop with some of the team trying on the MenoVest menopause simulator. We also launched our Menopause & Me page on our team hub.
Black History Month
We put 200 of our team through the BYP Black History Course a CPD-accredited program designed to tackle the disproportionate inequities faced by Black professionals in the workplace. At Haggerston Castle we hosted our very first Black History Month Park Panel! Team members came together to share their thoughts and stories on what Black History Month means to them, the impact of stereotypes, and their unique cultures.
