Golf Team Member

Position: Golf Team Member 
Type: Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age 
 
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Golf Team Member to support daily operations at our golf course. This role involves assisting golfers, maintaining course standards, and helping deliver a welcoming experience for all visitors.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and engaging with customers in a relaxed sporting environment.
 
Key Responsibilities  
- Greet and assist golfers with check-in, tee times, and general inquiries

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, practice areas, and course facilities.

- Support pace of play and ensure course rules are followed.

- Prepare and manage golf carts, including cleaning and staging.

- Assist with basic course maintenance tasks as needed.

- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
 
Requirements  
- Previous Golf course or customer service experience is beneficial.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Interest in golf is a plus but not essential.
