Position: Chef – South Beach Café

Type: Full-Time / Seasonal

Pay Rates: £13.21 per hour

As part of the kitchen team, you’ll play a key role in preparing and delivering dishes that meet both our standards and our guests’ expectations. From plating up breakfast favourites to helping deliver a busy evening service, every shift brings new energy and teamwork. 

Key Responsibilities 

- Cooking dishes to spec and timing, keeping consistency at the heart of every meal.

- Helping manage prep and ensuring service runs smoothly during busy periods.

- Following all food hygiene and safety standards with care and attention.

- Taking responsibility for your workstation and maintaining a clean, organised setup.

- Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure great communication between kitchen and front-of-house.

Requirements 

- Experience in a busy kitchen is ideal (chef, cook, sous chef, line cook, commis chef or chef de partie).

- Confident with kitchen equipment and processes.  

- Takes pride in their work and pays attention to the small details.  

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple tasks. 

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
