Do you have an IT / Application support background with an interest in Incident Management?  Do you enjoy solving technical problems and managing queries and issues to resolution?  Can you communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels?

If so, this role could be for you!  We are looking to grow the team which provides support across our entire digital operation.  As a member of the Digital Operations Support team, you will play a vital role in protecting the reputation of our Digital Product portfolio by ensuring incidents are responded to, investigated, and resolved in an efficient and effective manner.

The Haven Digital team is focussed on using the latest tools and technologies to provide a seamless and immersive customer experience across any one of our 38 Holiday parks.    As part of the UKs leading holiday operator, we are responsible for designing, developing and deploying new and exciting applications to provide a truly, digital first experience.

What you will be doing:

The Junior Digital Operations Support role will be the first point of escalation for any Digital focused products or platforms and enhance the operational support channels to ensure resolution quickly and efficiently. The Junior Digital Operations Support member will support the Digital Operations Support Core team by supporting all critical issue investigations and running with communication and administration tasks.

•           Responsibility for the Incident communication and coordination for all Digital owned critical products and platforms
•           Ensuring service affecting incidents are responded to, investigated, and resolved, escalating where necessary
•           Communicating effectively with senior stakeholders
•           Support responsibility for coordinating low level incidents and requests through the appropriate support channels and resolving where required
•           Supporting and owning the operational readiness of new/changed products and platforms requiring ongoing operational support and monitoring
•           Helping to maintain the operational knowledge required within the Digital Operations function to better support the Digital-owned critical products and platforms
•           Out of hours (On-Call) responsibility for managing Digital products and service outages through to resolution/remediation

What we’d like you to bring:
Background in IT / Application Support
Strong familiarity with ticketing systems
Demonstrable experience with observability and infrastructure monitoring
Excellent verbal and written communication
Exposure to Incident Management
