When our customers have a query, the Experience team is here to help. Providing support through our Contact Centre, our Experience team are the very embodiment of Dare to Care, one of Haven’s core values. It’s not just about manning the phone lines; they bring joy and solutions to our customers through emails and our live chat too.

There’s a lot of career progression here 📈 , and plenty of team members have developed into other opportunities across the business.
