How has the WiHTL Women in Leadership programme impacted your career and personal growth?

"The programme has really stretched my growth mindset, encouraging me to move beyond my comfort zone and look ahead to new roles and challenges. It has also helped me reflect on my leadership style and recognise the successes I have achieved throughout my career.

We should celebrate and acknowledge the pivotal moments in our careers—the milestones we have worked hard to achieve. More importantly, we should have the courage to accelerate future change."

Can you share a specific skill or insight gained from the programme that has been particularly transformative in your leadership journey?

"One of the biggest takeaways for me has been creating and shaping my personal leadership brand. Understanding what I want to be known for and how I need to role model leadership in a way that inspires and creates followership has been truly transformative.

I have learned that demonstrating executive presence and showing courageous leadership are essential in defining who I am as a leader. My goal is for my leadership brand to reflect the values I stand for—both morally and ethically."

How has your network and support system evolved as a result of participating in the WiHTL Women in Leadership programme?

"Being able to share experiences with like-minded professionals has been invaluable. The programme has provided a safe and inclusive environment for collaboration with people from diverse industries, demonstrating the true value of cross-sector learning.

I feel more empowered and inspired by the connections I have made and the stories shared by my cohort. It has reinforced the importance of having a strong support network to grow and thrive as a leader."
