Our fantastic chefs from the 2022 Haven Chef Academy were back together for a Masterclass, in connection with our apprenticeship partners Lifetime. The chefs attend four masterclasses as part of their programme, and this was the third of four for our Southern based chefs and focusing on cakes and pastries. Our talented chefs made madelaines, strawberry tarts, chocolate eclairs, and fruit scones.They all expanded their skillsets and had a sweet time!
