I’ve been with Haven since 2019, and I’m currently the People Administrator at Combe Haven. This is my first role with Haven, and the opportunities to grow and learn have been fantastic!

I’ve been very fortunate to have completed a CIPD Level 3 Apprenticeship, and I’m now studying for my CIPD Level 5. I’ve also learned a great deal from a Leading Team course which was presented by Marcus Childs. 

The Haven culture is amazing: there’s nothing else like it! The Values are something I can really relate to, and they’ve become part of who I am. After just one year at Haven, I became a Pioneer delivering our Warm Welcome sessions to our new and returning team. Helping others understand what it means to be part of Haven gave me a real feeling of belonging. I’m also one of our Wellbeing Champions: this fits naturally with my role as People Administrator.

The support provided to the team is amazing and there is so much encouragement and training provided to the Wellbeing Champions – we get to meet other Wellbeing Champions from other parks and build an extended network throughout Haven.

Being at Haven really does feel like being part of one big family.
